Worth knowing

Storage is judged on interface, sustained speed and endurance rather than capacity alone. A drive that is fast in bursts is not the same as one that is fast under load. Against the other 483 storage drives we list, this one sits around the middle of the range at R4 304, with most falling between R319 and R11 565.

Before you order

• Compare this against the other options in the range before deciding, since the closest alternative is often a better fit.
• Confirm the variant matches the one you need; near-identical model codes often differ in one specification that matters.
• If you are unsure whether this suits your setup, ask us before ordering rather than after.
• Read the specification rather than the headline — the number in the title is rarely the one that decides the fit.
