Shipping policy

ElectroGuy is an online-only store. Orders are processed after payment has cleared in our account.

Processing and handling time

Our normal handling time is 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders paid and confirmed before 13:00 SAST on a business day may begin processing the same day. Orders confirmed after 13:00 SAST, on weekends, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery normally takes 2-5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary because of courier capacity, payment clearance, address verification, public holidays, remote delivery areas, or events outside our control.

Shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and recipient details at checkout. If an address needs correction after payment, contact us as soon as possible at info@electroguy.co.za.

Tracking

Where courier tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

Imported products

Some products are imported stock. Product availability, dispatch timing, and final delivery depend on stock confirmation and courier handover. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and provide a suitable resolution.
