These terms apply when you browse or buy from ElectroGuy through https://electroguy.co.za or our Shopify checkout.

Online-only sales

ElectroGuy operates as an online store. Orders are accepted through the website and are fulfilled after payment clears and stock is confirmed.

Product information

We aim to keep product titles, descriptions, pricing, availability, and images accurate. Product specifications may vary by region or model. If we identify a material error after an order is placed, we will contact you before continuing with the order.

Imported stock and brand ownership

Some products sold by ElectroGuy are imported stock. Product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. ElectroGuy does not claim authorised reseller, distributor, or brand partnership status unless this is clearly stated on the relevant product page.

Order acceptance

An order is not final until payment has cleared, stock has been confirmed, and the order has been accepted for fulfilment. We may cancel and refund an order if payment is not received, stock is unavailable, fraud checks fail, or a pricing or listing error is discovered.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate billing, delivery, contact, and payment information. Customers must ensure ordered products are suitable for their intended use before purchase.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, ElectroGuy is not responsible for indirect losses, missed deadlines, lost data, or compatibility issues arising from product misuse, incorrect product selection, courier delays, or events outside our reasonable control.
