Targus USB-C Hub To 3 x USB-A and 1x USB-C Power Delivery Pass Through (ACH924EU)

The Targus USB-C Hub To 3 x USB-A and 1x USB-C Power Delivery Pass is a hub or dock, supplied in South Africa by ElectroGuy.

Key specifications

• Brand: Targus
• Model / MPN: ACH924EU
• Condition: New

Who it suits

It is usually bought for desk setups running several peripherals and laptops short on ports.

Background

A hub shares one connection between several devices, so total bandwidth is finite. What the host laptop supports sets the ceiling, not the hub. Against the other 266 hubs and docks we list, this one sits around the middle of the range at R1 215, with most falling between R319 and R16 514.

Points to check

• If you are unsure whether this suits your setup, ask us before ordering rather than after.
• Confirm the variant matches the one you need; near-identical model codes often differ in one specification that matters.
• Compare this against the other options in the range before deciding, since the closest alternative is often a better fit.
• Check what is included in the box, as bundled cables and adapters vary between models and regions.
• If this is replacing something you already own, check the two are actually compatible rather than assuming.
