What you get

Best suited to

Most customers choosing this are after laptops short on ports and desk setups running several peripherals.

Worth knowing

A hub shares one connection between several devices, so total bandwidth is finite. What the host laptop supports sets the ceiling, not the hub. Against the other 266 hubs and docks we list, this one sits around the middle of the range at R4 126, with most falling between R319 and R16 514.

Before you order

• Check the exact model and variant against what you own before ordering, as compatibility is usually model-specific.
• If you are unsure whether this suits your setup, ask us before ordering rather than after.
• Compare this against the other options in the range before deciding, since the closest alternative is often a better fit.
• If this is replacing something you already own, check the two are actually compatible rather than assuming.
• Where a listing offers several configurations, the difference is usually memory or storage rather than the core hardware.
