A good fit for

This games console suits gaming at home and households sharing a TV.

How to think about it

A console is a fixed platform, so the practical questions are storage, which titles you want, and whether the household will be sharing it. Against the other 53 games consoles we list, this one sits around the middle of the range at R3 144, with most falling between R259 and R25 775.

What to confirm

• If you are unsure whether this suits your setup, ask us before ordering rather than after.
• Check the exact model and variant against what you own before ordering, as compatibility is usually model-specific.
• Look at the specification you will still care about in two years, not only the one that matters this week.
• Check what is included in the box, as bundled cables and adapters vary between models and regions.
• Confirm the variant matches the one you need; near-identical model codes often differ in one specification that matters.
