Oneplus Slim 5000mah Magnetic Power Bank

If you are shopping for a charger, the Oneplus Slim 5000mah Magnetic Power Bank is one of the options we stock.

The details

• Brand: Oneplus
• Condition: New

Best suited to

Most customers choosing this are after replacing a lost or failing charger and a second charger for work or travel.

Worth knowing

Charging speed is set by the weakest link in the chain: charger, cable and device all have to support the same standard for the advertised figure to apply. Against the other 79 chargers we list, this one sits towards the upper end of the range at R2 395, with most falling between R309 and R4 175.

Before you order

• Look at the specification you will still care about in two years, not only the one that matters this week.
• Compare this against the other options in the range before deciding, since the closest alternative is often a better fit.
• Read the specification rather than the headline — the number in the title is rarely the one that decides the fit.
• Match the wattage to the device. Under-powering a laptop charger means it charges slowly or not at all under load.
• If this is replacing something you already own, check the two are actually compatible rather than assuming.
