Background

Tablets sit between a phone and a laptop, and which side they lean towards depends almost entirely on what you attach to them. A keyboard or stylus changes the device more than any internal specification does. Against the other 239 tablets we list, this one sits around the middle of the range at R19 776, with most falling between R7 435 and R37 216.

Points to check

• If you plan to write or draw, check which stylus the model supports and whether it is included.
• If this is replacing something you already own, check the two are actually compatible rather than assuming.
• Read the specification rather than the headline — the number in the title is rarely the one that decides the fit.
