Background

Audio gear is personal, and fit matters as much as sound. Comfort over a long session is what most people end up judging it on. Against the other 96 audio devices we list, this one sits around the middle of the range at R3 448, with most falling between R379 and R10 796.

Points to check

• Check the charging connector and case size if these are earbuds you will carry daily.
• Look at the specification you will still care about in two years, not only the one that matters this week.
• Check what is included in the box, as bundled cables and adapters vary between models and regions.
• Confirm the variant matches the one you need; near-identical model codes often differ in one specification that matters.
• Read the specification rather than the headline — the number in the title is rarely the one that decides the fit.
