Worth knowing

Camera bodies and sensors matter less than most buyers expect once you are past the entry level; lenses, stabilisation and how easily you can carry it matter more. Against the other 35 cameras we list, this one sits around the middle of the range at R3 895, with most falling between R409 and R12 596.

Before you order

• If this is replacing something you already own, check the two are actually compatible rather than assuming.
• Check what is included in the box, as bundled cables and adapters vary between models and regions.
• Compare this against the other options in the range before deciding, since the closest alternative is often a better fit.
• Confirm the variant matches the one you need; near-identical model codes often differ in one specification that matters.
• If you are unsure whether this suits your setup, ask us before ordering rather than after.

How we supply it

Stock for this listing is imported rather than locally distributed. It carries a 2-year ElectroGuy warranty, handled directly by us rather than by the manufacturer. Delivery is free nationwide and usually takes 2–3 business days once payment has cleared — details in our shipping policy. Returns on unused, unopened items are accepted for 7 days after delivery; once approved, the refund is completed within 7 business days.
