Worth knowing

Components have to match the rest of the build. Socket, chipset, power draw and physical clearance decide compatibility before performance ever comes into it. Against the other 552 PC components we list, this one sits towards the upper end of the range at R14 687, with most falling between R1 443 and R26 486.

Before you order

• Read the specification rather than the headline — the number in the title is rarely the one that decides the fit.
• Check what is included in the box, as bundled cables and adapters vary between models and regions.
• Check the exact model and variant against what you own before ordering, as compatibility is usually model-specific.
• Compare this against the other options in the range before deciding, since the closest alternative is often a better fit.
• Where a listing offers several configurations, the difference is usually memory or storage rather than the core hardware.
