Epson SureColor SC-F500 A3 24-Inch Dye-Sublimation Printer (C11CJ17301A0)

Print A3 sublimation transfers without converting a photo printer. The Epson SureColor SC-F500 is a purpose-built, 24-inch dye-sublimation printer for polyester textiles and sublimation-ready promotional products. Its wide format gives designers and small production teams room for larger artwork than an A4 desktop printer.

A3 and 24-inch dye-sublimation printing

Use A3 or A4 cut sheets, or compatible roll media up to 24 inches wide. Epson's PrecisionCore TFP printhead delivers up to 2400 × 1200 dpi. The refillable four-colour ink system uses Epson T49N dye-sublimation inks in black, cyan, magenta and yellow, with 140 ml replacement bottles.

What comes in the box?

Epson lists an ink set, power cable, setup guide, software CD and maintenance box with the SC-F500. Sublimation transfer paper, a heat press and blank products are separate purchases.

Is this the right printer for your work?

The SC-F500 prints transfers for polyester fabrics and suitably coated items; it does not print directly onto garments. If you need A3 graphics for apparel or larger promotional products, it is a better fit than the EcoTank L18050, which is sold as a photo printer with standard photo inks. For small A4 transfers, ask us about the Epson SureColor SC-F100.
