Best suited to

Most customers choosing this are after laptops short on ports and desk setups running several peripherals.

Worth knowing

A hub shares one connection between several devices, so total bandwidth is finite. What the host laptop supports sets the ceiling, not the hub. Against the other 266 hubs and docks we list, this one sits around the middle of the range at R2 982, with most falling between R319 and R16 514.

Before you order

• If this is replacing something you already own, check the two are actually compatible rather than assuming.
• Check what is included in the box, as bundled cables and adapters vary between models and regions.
• Compare this against the other options in the range before deciding, since the closest alternative is often a better fit.
• Confirm the variant matches the one you need; near-identical model codes often differ in one specification that matters.
• If you are unsure whether this suits your setup, ask us before ordering rather than after.
