Who this is for

It is a sensible fit for people comfortable working inside a case and a PC build or an upgrade.

Some context

Components have to match the rest of the build. Socket, chipset, power draw and physical clearance decide compatibility before performance ever comes into it. Against the other 552 PC components we list, this one sits towards the upper end of the range at R29 018, with most falling between R1 443 and R26 486.

Worth checking

• Look at the specification you will still care about in two years, not only the one that matters this week.
• Confirm the variant matches the one you need; near-identical model codes often differ in one specification that matters.
• Where a listing offers several configurations, the difference is usually memory or storage rather than the core hardware.
• Compare this against the other options in the range before deciding, since the closest alternative is often a better fit.
• Check the exact model and variant against what you own before ordering, as compatibility is usually model-specific.
