Worth knowing

A laptop is a set of compromises between speed, battery life, weight and screen size. There is no configuration that wins on all four, so the useful question is which of them you are willing to give up. Against the other 4139 laptops we list, this one sits towards the upper end of the range at R41 792, with most falling between R3 609 and R41 862.

Before you order

• If you are unsure whether this suits your setup, ask us before ordering rather than after.
• If this is replacing something you already own, check the two are actually compatible rather than assuming.
• Match the processor to the work: light office and browsing needs far less than video editing or compiling.

How we supply it

Stock for this listing is imported rather than locally distributed. It carries a 2-year ElectroGuy warranty, handled directly by us rather than by the manufacturer. Delivery is free nationwide and usually takes 2–3 business days once payment has cleared — details in our shipping policy. Returns on unused, unopened items are accepted for 7 days after delivery; once approved, the refund is completed within 7 business days.
