At a glance

• Brand: APC
• Model / MPN: AR7717A
• Condition: New

Who it suits

It is usually bought for keeping a spare where you need one and replacing a worn cable.

Background

Cables are not interchangeable. Power delivery and data rate vary widely between cables that look identical, and the difference only shows up under load. Against the other 209 cables we list, this one sits towards the upper end of the range at R6 651, with most falling between R89 and R4 116.

Points to check

• Compare this against the other options in the range before deciding, since the closest alternative is often a better fit.
• Cable specification matters: not every USB-C cable carries the same power or data rate.
• Confirm the variant matches the one you need; near-identical model codes often differ in one specification that matters.
• Where a listing offers several configurations, the difference is usually memory or storage rather than the core hardware.
• If you are unsure whether this suits your setup, ask us before ordering rather than after.
