Accepted payment methods

ElectroGuy accepts EFT / bank transfer, cross-border transfer, and wire transfer. We do not dispatch orders until payment has cleared and the order has passed internal checks.

Payment references

Please use your order number as the payment reference. Payments without a clear reference may delay order processing.

Bank and transfer fees

Any bank fees, intermediary bank charges, transfer fees, exchange fees, or short payments are the customer's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Standard delivery is free for online orders delivered within South Africa. Express delivery, where selected and available, costs R350. The total payable amount, shipping option, and any checkout conditions are shown before payment.

Payment clearance

Local EFT payments may clear faster than cross-border or wire payments. Cross-border and wire transfers can take several business days depending on the sending bank, intermediary banks, and verification checks.
