Delivery options for South African orders

ElectroGuy is an online-only store. Orders are processed after payment has cleared and stock has been confirmed.

Standard delivery

Standard delivery is free for eligible online orders delivered within South Africa. Transit time is normally 2-3 business days after dispatch, with remote areas sometimes requiring additional courier time.

Express delivery

Express delivery is available at R350 where courier coverage supports it. Transit time is normally 1-2 business days after dispatch, subject to payment clearance, courier cut-offs, stock confirmation, and address verification.

Processing times

Our order cut-off time is 13:00 SAST, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Handling time is normally 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
